NORDO: This means "No Radio,"
and generally means that you have
lost your ability to communicate.
In an airplane, it typically means
that your radio has failed or that
you have turned it off. In
life, it generally means that no on
has heard from you. A person
can be described as NORDO if they
have not communicated with you in a
long time.
