SA:  Situational Awareness.  Generally speaking, this is having overall awareness of your total situation.  In flying, it means keeping track of your airplane, other airplanes, your location, and not hitting the ground.  In life, it applies more broadly to "having a clue" or "not having a clue."  Sharp people have "good SA."  Clueless people have "low SA."  Low SA is saying your boss is an idiot when he is standing right behind you.
