As a start-up business, we haven't had a chance to buy a lot of new equipment.  However, when it came to bottling our beer, we knew we had to go with the latest and best technology for a brewery our size.  To that end, we bought a brand new 6 head Meheen bottle filler.  It is the best machine to remove room air from our bottles and give us consistently good fills.  The bottles are rinsed, pre-evacuated, and filled 6 bottles at a time.  To match it, we also purchased a precision bottle labeler to afix our new pressure sensitive bottle labels.  It is a pretty cool set up.  We do about one case every 50 seconds with this process.  Once filled, off to the cooler they go.
